Are you a boss or a leader?

A friend of mine put me on to this little gem today that you might enjoy — simple and true:

"I've read a lot of coaching sites - both for my own use and because of the the things I do in my spare time is coach entrepreneurs in how to get started, especially in the online world. ... I think you could help me quickly identify my skill set and give me the confidence I need to go out and sell myself. I am highly skilled when it comes to online marketing - but I think you have the ability to help me to see outside of my fears of failure and hopefully steer me to success. I don't need a counselor or a shrink - I need someone with a business attitude with their finger on the pulse of what works and what doesn't - and it seems like that was what you offered." - U.K.
