An electrical engineer with an MBA and a passion for "business done well", Tim earned his first lifetime of work experience during 20 hard-charging years in the high technology sector. A constant career re-inventor, in those 20 years Tim held 11 varied management and executive roles – spanning development, operations, product management, channels, marketing, quality, business unit management, and two international placements -- in 4 global companies, including as CEO of a tech spin-out.

With those experiences under his belt, he decided it was high time to head out on his own. During the next 15+ years of self-employment, Tim provided high value consulting services to more than 100 organizations, taught university level courses in various engineering, business, and marketing topics,  served on multiple company and association boards, co-authored two books, while also creating and operating two service companies.

With a deep technical and business appreciation for how fast moving our world is today, combined with his own 35 years of personal career reinvention, Tim is keenly aware of how disruptive and turbulent our work world is becoming. He is on a mission to help people develop dramatically better business management, skills development, and career re-invention skills -- what he refers to as "career futureproofing", which is quickly becoming an essential skill set to survive and thrive in our modern times.
