An electrical engineer with an MBA and a passion for "business done well", Tim headed out as an Independent more than 15 years ago, after 20 hard-charging years in the high technology sector. A constant career re-inventor himself, in those 20 years Tim held 11 varied management and executive roles – spanning development, operations, product management, channels, marketing, quality and business unit management -- in 4 global companies, including as CEO of a tech spinout.

With a deep technical and business appreciation for how fast moving our world is today, combined with over 35 years of personal career reinvention, Tim is keenly aware of how disruptive and turbulent our work world is becoming. He is on a mission to help people develop dramatically better career re-invention skills and futureproof themselves to better survive and thrive in our modern times.
